1. The Architectural Mandate: RoninEagle operates as a Private Expedition Architect. We do not sell tours, we manage the design and execution of high stakes missions. By engaging RoninEagle, the Principal (Client) acknowledges that our Lead Partners are elite specialists whose availability is secured exclusively for each operation.

2. Resource Commitment & Reimbursement:

To maintain the integrity of our field operations and the exclusivity of our specialized assets, the following commitment structure applies:

3. Mission Sovereignty (The Safety Protocol):

Ground operations are governed by the Lead Partner’s Sovereign Authority.

• Dynamic Adjustments: If environmental variables (weather, sea state, terrain stability) or participant performance fall below safety thresholds, the Lead Partner reserves the right to pivot or terminate the mission.

• The Plan B Standard: In case of environmental obstruction, RoninEagle will deploy a pre-curated alternative itinerary. Refusal of the alternative mission does not constitute grounds for reimbursement.

4. Participant Readiness:

The Principal (Client) is responsible for maintaining the physical and medical standards required for the chosen operation.

• Medical Transparency: Full disclosure of any physiological conditions (cardiovascular, respiratory, etc.) is mandatory.

• Equipment & Fitness: Failure to meet the technical or fitness standards required on the day of deployment will result in a Mission Abort or modification. No financial adjustments will be made for participant side limitations.

5. Silent Protocol (NDA): RoninEagle operates under a strict Non Disclosure Agreement by default. No data, visual assets, or GPS coordinates linked to the Principal will be utilized for public branding without explicit executive authorization.

6. Jurisdiction : All bilateral agreements are governed by the laws of Japan, with exclusive jurisdiction held by the Courts of Fukuoka Prefecture.
