Do I need to speak fluent Japanese?

“Not necessarily. Our clients are international travelers (English speakers). While speaking Japanese helps for logistics, your ability to communicate in English and your outdoor expertise are the priorities.”

How do payments work?

“We use Stripe Connect. It’s fully automated. When a client books you, the funds are secured. You receive your payout directly to your bank account on a set schedule. No chasing invoices.”

Can I keep my own clients?

“Absolutely. You are a partner, not an employee. You manage your availability on our calendar (Amelia). When you are busy with your own private clients, simply block your dates. You stay free.”
